I am an author, speaker, and experienced board level leader on a mission to unlock superpowers, impact people, make a positive difference, and change lives… in the workplace and beyond.

While my story started over 40 years ago, I never realised the impact of storytelling until a story I shared in the year 2000 about 28 bags of sprouts stood me out from a crowd, made an impact, and changed my life. This started me on a career path which has given me the most wonderful opportunity to engage with people, enjoy success, feel failure and more importantly ... learn.

I have worked for global organisations, driven business transformation, created products and brands, owned business strategy, built lasting relationships with customers, partners and media, and led talented multinational teams. On reflection and through it all there has been one consistent and powerful friend, a superpower, that has featured every day and served me well ... storytelling. Yet the gap that exists in the use of this within the workplace and beyond ... is significant.

Inspired by this I decided to write my book, 28 Bags of Sprouts - Storytelling with Impact, and introduce my unique storytelling approach, the sprout model. Designed to unlock the superpower of storytelling within businesses, leaders, teams ... people, through the process of sprouting, the sprout model is there to benefit all that use it.

While the next chapter of my story is about to be written, I hope that it is one that is shared with as many people as possible, because ...
